I received Ph.D. degree in traffic information engineering and controlling from Merchant Marine College of Shanghai Maritime university, shanghai, China, in 2018.From September, 2015 to September, 2016 he was a visiting student in Smart Transportation Applications and Research Laboratory (STAR Lab), University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA. He is student member for IEEE and ASCE. He also serves as member of International Association of Engineers. He is a reviewer for IEEE transactions on Intelligent transportation Systems, Journal of advanced transportation, Journal of Transportation  Engineering, part A: Systems, International Journal of Information Technology and Web Engineering, Journal of Shipping and Ocean Engineering (JSOE) and Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering (JTTE). Besides, he also served as a reviewer for the 17th and 18th COTA conference International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP2017, CICTP 2018). His research interests include traffic data analysis, transportation image processing, intelligent transportation systems, computer-vision-based transportation detection and application, smart ship and machine learning.
