Dr. Weili Wang received her bachelor B.S. in Geographic Information System from Wuhan University and her M. Eng. in Geographical Information Engineering from Wuhan University. She obtained her Ph.D. from City University of Hong Kong and “Outstanding Dissertation/ Thesis Awards for Postgraduate Students” from the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 2015. She worked as a post-doctorate fellow in City University of Hong Kong before joining Shanghai Maritime University. She is a Lecturer of Logistics Research Center since June, 2015. Her main research interests include pedestrian and evacuation dynamics, pedestrian and crowd behavioral dynamics and GIS-based transportation planning.
