Dr.Chaofeng Li is a Winner of Education Ministry's New Century Excellent Talents Supporting Plan,IEEE Senior Member, and CCF Senior Member. Now he is a full Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Maritime Univ., where he is director of the Laboratory for Machine Learning and Vision Engineering(MLaVE). He has published over more than 80 papers in journals and conference proceedings, and holds 5+ patents. His current research interests include machine learning algorithm, image and video quality assessment, image analysis and image restoration.
