冯雪皓博士就职于浙江大学海洋学院，于韩国釜山大学 (Busan National University)物流信息专业获得（工业工程）工学博士学位，并曾在在韩国首尔大学 （Seoul National University）工业工程系做博士后研究员。研究成果发表在Transportation Research Part E、Optimization Methods & Software、Computers and Industrial Engineering、International Journal of Production Research、International Journal of Production Economics等期刊。
