Xiang Zheng is a lecturer with the Kea Lab of Marine Technology and Control Engineering in the Institute of Logistics Science and Engineering, Shanghai Maritime University. She recieved her PhD from Lougbhorough University, where she was advised by Argyrios Zolotas and Roger Goodall. She recieved a MSc from UMIST, and a BEng from Beihang University. She is broadly interested in advanced control applications in the areas of cranes, unmanned surface vehicles, and railway vehicles.
